Real Estate Development Housing Law
Mr. Chase has been involved in real estate development law with government assisted and affordable housing programs sponsored by for-profit and non-profit corporations and developers since 1968. This began when he worked with St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio to develop a Section 236 project, Covenant House, a 156-unit apartment complex for the elderly. Since then, he and his firm have continued to work with for-profit and non-profit corporations in developing numerous multi-family and elderly housing facilities, physically disabled facilities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and life-lease condominiums.
